RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURN / REFUND OF DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases of damage or defect, the return process could be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) via email. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email, the item may be required to be returned to Mugluvin for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST
Mugluvin will cover the shipping cost in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Mugluvin reimburse return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the customer must make arrangements with Mugluvin as to how the return should be handled prior to returning.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact MugLuvin to request a return. Customer must make this request within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Specify reason for the return request and provide digital images of damaged or defective items.
Indicate any preferences for replacement or refund.
WHAT THE RETURN / REFUND PROCESS USUALLY ENTAIL
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds can take up to seven working days to appear in customer's bank account (depending on the processing speed of the bank).
If you have requested a replacement, Mugluvin will arrange a collection at the address provided. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.
